ALMAZA Beauty.

A UAE beauty brand I built end to end — the store, the creative, and the ad operation. It got zero sales, so I traced it to a single broken setting and fixed it.

Live ALMAZA store
01 — What I built

A real brand, live.

Positioning, product pages, editorial copy, cash-on-delivery — a full store, live at almazabeauty.com. Not a template.

02 — The creative

~25 ads, one system.

A whole ad-creative system — premium, hand-only, every claim literally true. No loud red badges that scream "cheap dropship."

Earlier campaign creative
03 — The wall

Zero sales.

Traffic came. Orders didn't. Easy to blame the product or the creative — instead I treated the zero as a signal to investigate.

04 — The fix

The pixel wasn't connected.

So Meta optimised for the wrong event — cheap clicks, never buyers. The campaign wasn't failing to sell; it was never trying to. I reconnected the pixel and unlocked purchase optimisation.

05 — What it proves

The whole loop — and the debugging.

A brand, a creative system, a real ad operation, and the ability to read a failure and trace it to the cause. No revenue yet — the skill is the point.

I can run a marketing budget — and debug it when it breaks.
